Selvaraghavan plans for AO sequel

With accordance to deletion few “bold’ sequences in second half, Aayirathil Oruvan is witnessing good response amongst the box office results. But, Selvaraghavan is completely disappointed with media channels spreading news about Selva’s inspiration from Hollywood’s Time Line.
Indeed, he had challenged that if the journalists are going to prove it, he’s ready to quit films. Later, he sorted out the issue saying that when everyone is appreciating a Hollywood film like Avatar, why they don’t encourage their own Tamil film.
Similarly, when inquired about the open ending climax of Aayirathil Oruvan with a note “the journey of Chola will continue’, the maverick filmmaker revealed that he’ll soon start shooting for the sequel. By nature, open endings aren’t always encouraged amongst Tamil audiences, which was evident in several films.
