Selena Wins Over The Fans

July 17, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Selena Gomez won over actor John Corbett, in terms of sheer popularity. John was absolutely snubbed by a female fan following and all of them were dragged to Selena. Selena, the star of Disney’s popular Wizards of Waverly Place attracted all the attention from the fans in a recent incident.
The pair of John Corbett-Selena Gomez was in Canada. They were here in order to shoot for their new film entitled Ramona and Beezus. This was when Corbett was faced with such a condition. There were several fans around them and then out of the blue, each and every one of them ran past John and all of them ran fanatically towards Selena, just to catch a glimpse of her.
The Emmy Award nominated John later said that he was clueless. The “snubbing’ came as a surprise to him. He said that he was in the lobby, where several young girls were hanging out. They went all nuts a few minutes later, to which John assumed that they were all his fans; however all assumptions were put to rest, when the girls pushed him out of the way to see Selena. He further says that he had no idea about the Disney star’s celebrity status.
