Los Angeles, Jan 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Selena Gomez tweeted two pictures unveiling her new hair style. The teen singer is currently preparing to tour South America and reports say she demanded the new look for the upcoming event. The new hair is Gomez’s stylist’s definition of fun and exotic.

The former Disney star has an extension of purple and blue hair glued to her trademark dark locks. The change has completely affected the look of the singer. The new hairdo was done at the Nine Zero One salon located in Hollywood.

During a chat with Hollywood Life, one of the workers at the salon, Chauntal Lewis, revealed that, “She wanted something a little more spunky fun and different.”

Gomez will kick off her South American tour later this month. The first stop of the tour will be in Juan, Puerto Rico where she will perform at a concert on the 22nd of January.

Gomez is back with Justin Bieber. The pair split during the holidays with each one spending the occasion with the family. However they were spotted together again at a restaurant in Hollywood recently.

Bieber was recently criticized highly after he unveiled the tattoo of JESUS’ face on his calf.
