London, Jan 4 (ANI): Selena Gomez has received a string of death threats from teen star Justin Bieber’s fans after she was pictured kissing him while holidaying on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia.

The new pictures that surfaced online seem to have confirmed the young stars’ secret romance, which they have been coy for several months.

Justin’s fans, who are popularly known as ‘Beliebers’, posted several hostile messages to the 18-year-old Disney star on Twitter today.

“Roses are red, violets are blue, @selenagomez if you’ll break @justinbieber’s heart I’m gonna kill you,” the Daily Mail quoted a message as reading.

“I’ll kill you I swear on GOD!!!” another wrote.

While a third said: “If you are the Girlfriend of Justin I will Kill you I HATE YOU :@ !!!”

However, both stars have not responded to the poisonous posts.

Meanwhile fans of the ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ star have since taken to Twitter to show their support for her.

“Omg some of the things ‘Beliebers’ have been saying to poor @selenagomez are awful, it makes me wanna cry”, a fan posted. (ANI)
