Washington, Nov 21 (ANI): A never-before-seen Harry Potter book is set to go on sale at a special auction in London.

The book, titled The Tales of Beedle the Bard is one of just seven that Rowling handwritten and illustrated.

The tome will hold special significance for Harry Potter fans as it is a book of five wizarding fairytales mentioned in the last Harry Potter book The Deathly Hallows that is left to Hermione Granger by Albus Dumbledore.

The book is being sold off at London auction house Sotheby’s on 13 December (07), and is expected to fetch 100,000 dollars, reports Contactmusic.

All proceeds will go the Children’s Voice charity that was co-founded by JK Rowling, and workd to help vulnerable children across Europe.

The book, which comes with a dedicated “thank you” from Rowling herself, is bound in brown morocco leather and mounted with silver and semi-precious stones.

The other six, Rowling had earlier revealed would be given to people “most closely connected” to 17 years of producing the Potter books.
