Sep 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The highly anticipated season 8 premiere of ”Hell’s Kitchen” was aired on Wednesday. Chef Gordon Ramsay has promised that this season things will get wilder and said that the contestants will be pushed to their absolute limits. He has explained that ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ is the place to be for those who are established 5 star chefs as well as those who work in fast food stalls. In the first episode of ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ the contestants were first asked to cook their signature dishes. Later they were taught the art of making sushi from Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. They were then asked to make sushi themselves.

This season promises to be as interesting as the earlier ones as the 16 chefs compete for the top position which gives them the job of being the top chef at hotel restaurant in Los Angeles and also make them the spokesperson of a well known winery. With so much at stake, the contestants not only have to ensure that they cook the best meals but also have to face the wrath of Chef Gordon Ramsay. Known for his whimsical and temperamental ways with the contestants, Chef Gordon Ramsay has been the face of ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ over the years.

Season 8 of ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ got off to a crazy start as Chef Gordon Ramsay spit out most of the dishes cooked by the 16 contestants as their signature dishes. He complained that some of them were uncooked and ‘raw’ and even threw away the plate of one of the contestants. In what can be called one of the craziest mix of contestants in ‘Hell’s Kitchen’, season 8 promises a lot more food, action and reality drama ahead.
