14578 Los Angeles, May 16 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actor Sean Penn is all set to attend anger management crisis, as part of the deal of his plea. Actor Penn would undergo a total of 36 hours of anger management sessions. The actor was charged with misdemeanor vandalism, after allegedly assaulting paparazzi last year.

His sentence would also include three years probation bond. The multiple Oscar winning actor has also been sentenced to 300 hours of community service. Penn’s attorney said his client accepted the deal, because he never wanted to be involved in the court case, as he didn’t want this to affect his humanitarian works. Penn is involved in a humanitarian relief for the earthquake-ravaged Haiti. He is currently working with J/P Haitian Relief Organization in Haiti. According to People, “Prolonging this matter in the court system would not have been in Mr. Penn’s best interest and would’ve distracted from his charitable commitments, specifically his work with the J/P Haitian Relief Organization. Accordingly he has decided to accept the plea terms and move on,” according to Penn’s attorney Richard Hirsch.

The actor was charged, after he assaulted paparazzi last year. He was in deep trouble, because the attack was reportedly captured on video. The paparazzo has also instituted a civil suit against the actor.
