Sean Connery to return as Henry Jones in ‘Indiana Jones’ movie
September 19th, 2009 - 2:00 pm ICT by ANIWashington, Sept 19 (ANI): Veteran actor Sean Connery is likely to return as Professor Henry Jones in the fifth ‘Indiana Jones’ movie.
The Oscar winner had turned down the chance to reprise his role as the father of the daredevil archaeologist, played by Harrison Ford, in last movie ‘Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull’, which hinted that his character had passed away.
However, according to the sources, the movie execs are planning to bring Henry back.
“Steven Spielberg has been working on a script with George Lucas and there is an element of the story that could see Sean returning. Anything is possible in these movies and if Sean wants to return he will become central to the new story,” Contactmusic quoted a source as saying.
Earlier this week, Ford had revealed he is ready to reprise the role. (ANI)
