Sean Combs aka Diddy’s record label Bad Boy Entertainment sued for age discrimination

New York, Sep 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Sean Combs who is better known as the rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ has been sued for age discrimination. An inhabitant of New York – Francesca Spero claims that she was responsible for launching Sean Diddy’s career, but now she has been fired from Bad Boy Entertainment because she is over the hill. It ought to be mentioned that she is just 51 years old.

Francesca alleges in the lawsuit that 20 years ago, she helped Sean to successfully launch his career as a rapper. She has now fired the age discrimination lawsuit on Wednesday in a Manhattan federal court.

She alleges in the lawsuit that she met Sean in 1988 and then set up a meeting with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons and Uptown Records. And according to her, after this Sean’s career started rolling. She also revealed that she used to work at Sean’s Bad Boy Entertainment in the professional capacity as an executive, but she was fired from her position in March 2010.

She alleges that she confided in a colleague after her hip surgery that she was being treated for a drug dependency relapse. And soon after the candid admission, Francesca got a bolt from the blue and was fired.
