Jan 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Turk gets some good news when Elliot tells him that J.D. misses him as much as Turk misses J.D. Drew shows up to class late and sets Perry into a rage about how they should shut down the whole hospital because nobody cares to show up to class when they should. Lucy has an embarrassing moment when the presentation she had been working on with Turk shows her bachelorette party photos to fellow students. Apparently the bachelorette photos were mixed up with medical slides for the presentation.

Lucy looks to Elliot as a mentor in teaching her on how to be a great doctor, after she sees Elliot as a caring physician who does not have anxiety issues when discussing patients with Dr. Perry. Elliot appreciates Lucy admiring her and lets Lucy follow her as she does her rounds. Later that day Lucy sees a different side of Elliot and decides she is extremely selfish.

Bob befriends Turk figuring he could get more women attracted to him, then finding out he really isn’t interested in finding women at this point.

Lucy confronts Elliot on neglecting of her patients at the hospital. Elliot takes Lucy to the patient she was accused of neglecting, asking Lucy to give the patient a shot for pain. Lucy notices her hands shaking and does not believe she is capable of giving the shot, realizing that she is too hyped on caffeine to help the patient herself. Teaching Lucy you need to listen to your body when it says you need rest. Without proper rest you not only neglect your patients you neglect yourself, so being selfish can be good for you at times. With Elliot being pregnant her body was telling her that by the end of the day she needed to take care of herself in order to take care of her patients
