Natasha Richardson, the British-born actress, has stunned one and all with her stunning performances in films and theater.

The beautiful actress made her debut in films at the age of four with her mother Vanessa Redgrave in the movie “The charge of the light brigade”. Natasha won international recognition with her award winning performance in the musical play “Cabaret”.

Natasha Richardson belonged to the famous acting family. Her mother was a very well known actress, and her father late Tony Richardson was an ace film director. She was married to the star of “Schindler’s List” Liam Neeson.

The star has charmed her viewers with her breath taking performances in movies like “the Parent Trap”, “Tales from the Crypt”, “The Handmaid’s Tale”, “Maid in Manhattan” and “Asylum”. She starred opposite her husband Liam Neeson in the film “Nell”. Her final performance was for a movie called “Wild Child”.

Natasha also made her television debut in The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes starring opposite Jeremy Brett and David Burke.

On March 17, 2009, the world lost a wonderful performer. Natasha Richardson died after suffering a minor head injury during a ski accident. Natasha, 45, was taking private skiing lessons when she had a fall. She showed no signs of physical injury or bleeding. The exact cause for her death has still not been confirmed. Natasha’s two sons, husband and her entire family are deeply shocked and distraught by her unfortunate death. In fact, the entire film fraternity is deeply grieved at this ill-fated loss.
