Scarlett returns with military souvenirs from Persian GulfJanuary 27th, 2008 - 4:59 pm ICT by admin
Washington, Jan 27 (ANI): Scarlett Johansson was pleased when soldiers stationed in the Persian Gulf offered her their clothes as souvenirs during a visit to their camp last week.
The 23-year-old actress spent five days visiting with about 3,500 men and women from the U.S. military as part of her first United Service Organizations tour.
The troops gifted the Lost In Translation star with patches torn off their jackets and challenge coins from their military units.
“Everybody that I met there was so incredibly friendly and polite and genuine and generous, Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.
They were so, so sweet. I mean, I was just amazed. One star-struck soldier gushed, you’ve made my whole deployment!” she added. (ANI)
