Scarlett Johansson reveals that she had to get in to lot of hectic work-out schedule just to shed a few pounds so that she could slide comfortably in to the Lycra “skin” of her newest onscreen character portrayal, that of the Black widow.

Scarlett told the People magazine at the 2009 Comic-Con International convention that, “I kicked some major butt. It was many, many, hours, days, and months of stunt training and strength training, but it’s fun because I had a goal. The goal was the Lycra catsuit.”

The “Iron Man II” actress exclaims excitedly, “It was crazy to see it for the first time - everything all zipped and all the weapons in there, bracelets on, the whole look. It was pretty sweet, I have to say.”
One of the most discussed aspect of the upcoming “Iron Man” film is the presence of the Black Widow which is going to be essayed by Johansson, and her absolutely stunning and body fitting costume for the role, the Lycra catsuit. From what bits and pieces that has been revealed, it is in common knowledge now that Johansson is all set to rock and scorch the screen when she debuts as the Black Widow in “Iron Man II”, which is set to release next year in 2010.

From among the movie clips that had been released at the Comic-Con this year, it was evident from the fan’s reactions what had gone down well with the fans. Among all the other clips that had been shown of the Jon Favreau movie, all involving high graphics detailing and visual extravaganzas, one of the simplest ones, depicting Johansson in the black leather suit, was most cheered for.
