March 18, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The action scenes of Sarathi, produced by KCN Chandrashekhar under the banner of Rajkamal Arts, have finished filming. The scenes were shot at Pondicherry under the supervision of action director Ravi Verma and starring Darshan. The Pondicherry shoot went on for nine days and a major chunk of the action scenes was completed because of the able direction of Dinakar Toogudeepa, the director of Sarathi and also actor Darshan’s sibling.

The screenplay has been penned by Dinakar. The stunt directors of the film are Ravi Verma and Palaniraj. The music has been composed by V Harikrishna while the camera is by Krishnakumar. The remaining cast of the film includes Deepu, Rangayana Raghu, Lohitashva, Ajay, Bullet Prakash, Sithara, Sharatkumar, Sharat Lohitashva, Muni, Kote Prabhakar.
