Sarath Kumar Bags Full Length Role In Malayalam Movie Metro
August 26th, 2010 - 12:00 am ICT by Sampurn WireAugust 25, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Tamil star Sarath kumar has been signed again for another Malayalam movie titled “Metro’. Sarath Kumar has proved his worth in Mollywood by playing the role of “Edachena Kunkkan’ in megahit movie Pazhassi Raja.
Sarath Kumar even earned the “Asianet Special Honour Jury Award’ for his performance in the Malayalam movie “Pazhassi Raja’. But the strange fact is that he has not yet received any offer to play full length roles in Mollywood. His next two Malayalam releases will also feature him in important supporting roles. Both the films are set to release by this year end.
However, now things have changed with this new Malayalam movie Metro in which he will be seen in a full length role. The superstar has also allotted time and date for the movie. Sarath Kumar will be playing an upright police officer in Metro.
Debutant director Vyasan Edavanakakd, who is said to be a close confidante of Malayalam movie star Dileep, will be directing the movie. Dileep will be producing the movie under the banner of Grand Productions. Five young stars will be seen in other pivotal roles in Metro, which is said to be a thriller. The scripting process of Metro is still going on.
