It was just in January where rumors were rife about the split between Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick and their 12 year long relationship. Well, the couple has just blasted these reports by announcing that they are going to have twins by the end of this summer. The couple is expecting twin girls via a surrogate mother.

On the 28th of April their representatives announced that Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are “happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters… with the help of a surrogate. The entire family is overjoyed.” The couple had been supposedly trying for a baby for quite sometime now and then they turned for help to a surrogate mother. After a number of unsuccessful tries they realized that this was the only way they could expand their family.

The couple has been married since 1997 and they already have a 6 year old son, James Wilkie. The good news has filled their lives with great joy and they are eagerly waiting for the girls to come to their family. At the present moment Sarah Jessica Parker is involved in the movie, “Did You Hear about the Morgans?”, while Broderick latest movie,” Wonderful World” was premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival on 27th of April. SJP became a popular name in all the households after her performance in the immensely popular HBO series “Sex in the City”. Her role as Carrie in the series has been appreciated by everyone who has watched the series and the movie.
