Among the few actresses in Tinseltown who had soared to success within a brief span of time is Sarah Jane Potts, of National Lampoon Barley Legal that appeared 6 years back where she played the role of Ashley. The 2003 flick, National Lampoon Barley Legal was basically the adventure of three amateur guys who wanted to earn money by making pornographic movies. Ashley, played by Sarah was an interesting role where one of the three guys Jake, gets “premature ejaculation” which ultimately leads to the filming being interrupted. Later the three guys disposes their porn film making plan.

Though initially starting a career in the small screen, Sarah had to move from London to West Sussex where she was to shoot for the series 2 of Sugar Crush, that shot her to fame owing to her performance as Saint in the movie. Born in Bradford, West Yorkshire, she is the sister of the actor Andrew Lee Potts.

She started her television career with “Child’s Word” that was a fictional drama showcasing the stories of the patients and staffs of hospital. Sarah’s performance there was soon followed by Peak Practice, The Locksmith, Felicity, Deep Cover, American Dream with the her latest works being Emerald and Casualty last year. Her film career includes 11 movies of which Heart of Dragons was significant. She also took part in three television films.

Though not been very famous for her acting skills Sarah’s acting career consists of all genres of movies from comedy, romantic to melodrama; all catering to different kinds of viewers.
