Sara Gilbert’s New Talk Show Coming On CBS

July 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) CBS is going to bid adieu to one of its popular and long running program named ‘As the World Turns’ this year. The network is all set to replace the well known soap opera with a talk show which will feature Sara Gilbert. The soap opera will be taken off the screen in September after a lifespan of 54 years on the small screen. The upcoming talk show is the brainchild of Sara Gilbert and she is its executive producer as well. There will be 5 other co hosts along with her in the show. In fact Sara Gilbert is going great guns in her career.
The talk show that will be shown on CBS is yet to be given a name. However, the co hosts for the show have been finalized. Among them Sharon Osbourne, ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge and Julie Chen the co-anchor of ‘The Early Show’ deserve special mention. Since all of the hosts are mothers in real life the point of view of the show will be that of the mothers. Barbara Bloom the senior vice president of the network is pretty upbeat about the upcoming show and she thinks that it will be able to attract the viewers who have got tired of watching repetitive reality shows.
The upcoming talk show will be full of variety to keep the viewers glued to their TV sets as the sources have revealed. The show will go on air in October just after the soap opera is taken off by the network. Sara Gilbert is also excite about the show as one can expect
