Sara Gilbert Confirms Allison Adler Is Her Lesbian Partner

Los Angeles, July 30, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Finally bringing an end to years of speculation about her relationship with television producer Allison Adler, much acclaimed actress Sara Gilbert has come out of the closet and admitted in public that she is a lesbian. This is the first time that the “Roseanne” star who has been rumored to be in a lesbian relationship with Allison Adler, talked about her sexuality in a public platform.
The revelation was made by the 35-year-old actress at a press conference in the Television Critics Association in Los Angeles on Wednesday during which Sara Gilbert talked at lengths about her life as a lesbian as well as her experience of raising two kids with her partner Allison Adler. The actress who in the past has refused to talk about her private life, went on to say that it was a whole new world for her when she was asked whether it was comfortable being ‘out’. However, the “Roseanne” star added that the fact that the public would know about her sexuality indeed makes her a bit nervous but pointed out that she has always shared things about herself with the world at the right moments.
The announcement made by Sara Gilbert about her sexuality comes on the heels of the revelation that she would be featured on the panel of a new chat show ”The Talk” which is scheduled to air on CBS this fall. Nevertheless, the actress does not feel that the new detail about her personal life would be a problem on the upcoming show in which she supposedly intends to discuss more about her personal life.
