Los Angeles, Dec 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James has won the latest battle in the ongoing custody war that he is waging out with his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.

On Monday, a California court said no to the thirty-nine year old Janine Lindemulder’s request for extended custody of the 5-year-old daughter that she had with Jesse James, according to the court documents acquired by the Los Angeles Times.

Currently Janine Lindemulder can meet her daughter only during daytime hours and she had asked that her weekly visitations be expanded to include overnight stays, but Commissioner Thomas Schulte has totally denied that and kept them strictly to daytime hours only.

Janine is a film star and producer of porn movies, and she was lodged in the prison for tax evasion. While she was away, her ex husband Jesse James and his present wife Sandra Bullock cared for the little girl. When Janine was released from the prison in July then she wanted her normal life back with her daughter, so the court granted her daytime visitation rights, along with some conditions in place. The restrictions were that she ought to keep her daughter away from her current husband Jeremy Aikman who is a convicted felon. And on top of that she should not consume any drugs or alcohol when she is with her innocent 5-year-old daughter.

As a special case for the festive season ahead, the judge has granted that she can keep her daughter with her on Christmas Eve and return her to her father Jesse James maximum by Christmas noon.
