Los Angeles, Mar 25 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Sandra Bullock was smart enough to sign a prenuptial agreement with Jesse James prior to their wedding in 2005. As part of the prenuptial agreement, after their divorce they will keep their own finances and business holdings. Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are on the brink of a divorce, because Jesse James had many alleged affairs.

A source said about their prenuptial agreement that, “They keep everything separate. She has her money and he has his. They both wanted it that way.” Sandra and Jesse James are successful in their own fields. She has just gained critical acclaim and the Academy Award for acting, whereas Jesse James is doing well with his own chain of businesses that also include the customized bike company – West Coast Choppers. In 2007, Sandra Bullock was worth an estimated $85, but post her Oscar win, she is bound to be worth much more than that.

After their marriage, they both were living together in a house, but fortunately enough that wasn’t a joint purchase, so the divorce lawyers will have a field day when they divide the assets. Sandra Bullock has her own abode in the Hollywood Hills, whereas their Orange County home is owned by Jesse James.
