April 2, (THAINDIAN NEWS) it’s over. Sandra Bullock is finally filing divorce papers against Jesse James. Joe Yanny who happens to be a friend and the attending attorney for Jesse James in this case had told the media that Sandra Bullock has finally made up her mind to divorce Jesse James.

While the forlorn wife plans for a divorce, husband Jesse James has kept his promise and have checked in to a rehabilitation center. Joe Yanny further told that Jesse James still loves Sandra Bullock and that he is ready to do anything that can save his marriage from being crushed. He has been a close friend of the family and have known Jesse James for a long time. He said how he have witnessed his friend Jesse James whose life has been equally shattered like his wife’s after his scandal involving seven women hit the tabloids recently. The attorney said how Jesse James have been through a great deal of pain and now the motorcycle mechanic feels that he had gone the wrong way and thus he needs to redeem himself now.

It is being said that Jesse James was so desperate to save his marriage that he even confessed all about his affairs to Sandra Bullock over the phone which has been the only medium of communication between the two since the wife left the house. Sandra Bullock on the other hand seems to be untouched by the candid confession. An acquaintance of the actress reported that she’s so grief stricken and shocked at Jesse James’ adultery that she has even refused the custody of the children whom she had loved and adored a lot.
