July 13 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jesse James, famous biker ex husband of the Emmy Award winner Sandra Bullock, spent most of Monday fighting in court with another of his three ex wives, porn star Janine Lindemulder, in a battle over custody of their six year old daughter, Sunny.

Janine insisted that it was mostly James and at other times, Sandra who would not let her talk to her own child regularly on the telephone, the owner of West Coast Choppers stated that Janine is simply not stable enough to maintain a relationship with Sunny. Although James did not say much about the incident on the witness stand, his attorney stated to a Family Court Commissioner, Thomas Schulte, that James’ ex wife Janine even threatened to kill him once.

James did share with the court that Janine had told him during a phone conversation that she had been taking strong anti depressants and had a very bad reaction when she attempted to change her medications. Janine, however, swears that she has been there for her daughter all that she could, other than the four months which she spent in a halfway house.

Janine maintains that it is James’ fault that the phone calls between she and her daughter have not been steady. Her lawyer, Richard Masson stated that James had promised to give Janine 4000 dollars each month and offered to fly his daughter to visit with her mom in the halfway house in Oregon, but James argues that he never said anything like that.

And then Sandra Bullock was pulled into the argument. According to Janine, Bullock tried to poison Sunny against her mom and Janine states that if Bullock wanted to be close to Sunny, she would have stayed in California. Janine also feels that James’ decision to move to Austin, Texas with Sunny was “wholly unjustified”, although James insisted that the choice was made because the paparazzi is not as bad in Texas.

Schulte has asked for both sides of the argument to come up with a plan for visitation if James is planning to move to Austin with Sunny, and ordered all parties to return to court today. (Tuesday)
