The representative of Hollywood Academy Award winning actress Sandra Bullock has denied allegations which had emerged in the press saying that she had started a romantic relation with actor Ryan Reynolds after his announcing a separation from his wife of two years Scarlett Johansson. According to reports in the media, Ryan Reynolds sought the support of his friend Sandra Bullock to deal with the agony of a breakup. And it was then that the two single souls developed a feeling more than friendship.

Ryan Reynolds had reportedly grown very fond of Sandra Bullock after the duo worked together in the 2009 Hollywood production ‘The Proposal’. And though they were only friends in the past, their respective breakups have brought the actors closer to each other. Sandra Bullock also ended her five year marriage with Jesse James early this year after reports of her husband’s infidelity.

Though Sandra Bullock or Ryan Reynolds were not available for comment, the actress’ representative has thwarted reports of the two dating. In a statement to the media, the representative of Sandra Bullock terms the media speculations as mere rumors and absolutely rubbish. The media had earlier reported that the two stars from ‘The Proposal’ had been spending romantic night dates.
