She has not decided when she is going to file them, or rather, she has not released that information. Her prenuptial agreement had a non cheating clause that will make sure that Jesse gets nothing. A source close to the Academy Award winning actress said that Sandra has definitely made up her mind, she is divorcing Jesse, it is just a matter of when. She is said to still be in shock about the fact that he has been cheating throughout the entire marriage and cannot get past that to stay with him. “Her attitude toward Jesse hasn’t softened since she found out he was cheating on her,” a source stated. “She’s been betrayed and cheated on and she’s not getting over that.”

Sandra also feels betrayed by so many “friends” who knew about Jesse’s affairs. It has been reported that all of the employees of West Coast Choppers knew about them because of the fact that Jesse often brought women back to the shop. He would go online, under the screen name “Vanilla Gorilla” and meet women. According to reports he mostly looked for “well-endowed biker chicks.” Although everyone knew of these indiscretions, no one bothered to mention them the Sandra. Since Jesse had stated that he did not like to use protection, his actions could even pose a risk to Sandra’s health and life.

Jesse had checked into a rehab clinic and told Sandra he would get help “like Tiger.” Reports say that Sandra did not care whether he “got help” or not, she was done. When she refused to take a phone call from him over the weekend, he was said to have left the clinic. He saw no point in continuing with therapy if it won’t bring Sandra back. Jesse is also rumored to have gotten one of his 7 mistresses pregnant, and knew about it, but did not tell Sandra. It was said that the woman did not keep the child, but whether she had an abortion, or gave it up for adoption was unclear.
