April 24, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Sandra Bullock is getting ready to divorce estranged husband, Jesse James, who is, reportedly, undergoing a 45-day treatment for sex dependence at Arizona’s Sierra Tucson Treatment Center. But Bullock is taking her own sweet time, for she desires to shield the three children of Jesse, who are in the center of this marital disarray.

Bullock has no kids of her own. However, in her five years of marriage, she saw Jesse’s kids as her own. The 45-year-old actress won the Oscar for her role in the film ‘The Blind Side’ this year. She desires to go about her divorce unhurriedly and damage as few people as possible.

Motorcycle draftsman and Monster Garage host, James, tied the knot with Bullock in July 2005. Both of them were always regarded to be the less than ideal couple with Bullock being refined and polished while James was regarded to be a motorcycle mogul with tattoos.

James reportedly had romantic liaisons with seven females, while he was married to Bullock. However, he failed to acknowledge them then.

With James in rehabilitation then, Bullock is planning her divorce in her own time-bound manner. She has refused to provide any particulars to the people, who have been uttering that she should divorce James straight away. She is expected to be represented by Lance Spiegel, who has had clients like Michael Jackson, Charlie Sheen and Heather Locker in past.
