July 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The infidelity of Jesse James that spilled out all of a sudden just after the Oscar acceptance speech of Sandra Bullock where she praised her former husband for his support ended up at a Texas court where the two sought a speedy divorce on June 28. The divorce was dissolved officially by a Texas judge. Although the divorce agreements were not revealed officially, a media source claimed that the two have settled the divorce amicably and have decided to tally their total assets and debts themselves without bringing in a third evaluator. The two have also reportedly signed a Partition Agreement and have declined to ask for spousal support.

However, all is not over between the former couple as a source near to Sandra Bullock has revealed to a media source that Sandra Bullock and Jesse James will be co-parenting Jesse James’ three children Jesse Jr. 12, Chandler 15 and Sunny 6. The friends have revealed during a magazine interview that the speedy divorce settlement has also cleared the way for Sandra Bullock to adopt Louis who is 6-month-old. However no such statement has as of yet been issued by the actress herself.

Although the Friends have said that Jesse James and Sandra Bullock will be co-parenting the three children of Jesse James, they have also mentioned that the two are not in regular talking terms. The source mentioned that the former couple remain in touch and that it is about “the kids more than anything”. Sandra Bullock has previously mentioned that she would like to remain single mother to Louis and is enjoying a vacation with her son in New Orleans and Austin.
