June 29, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): American actress Sandra Bullock was in the headlines since the last few months regarding her split with husband Jesse James. At last, the long pending divorce has been finalized between the couple. Last week, they filed the sealed papers in Texas to confirm their divorce.

Bullock is now staying in Austin and the papers were filed in Travis County Court. In fact, James is also planning to relocate to Austin to live near his ex-wife Sandra as she is very close to Jesse’s three children from earlier relationships.

On April 23, Sandra had filed the original documents, which claimed that their relation has become intolerable due to conflict of personalities. So, now the 45 year old actress can go ahead with adopting her son Louis as a single parent.

The news broke just after some high profile appearances by the Speed actress. Last week, Bullock was seen at the Nashville Rising benefit show, then she made her appearance at the Spike’s Guys Choice Awards and also recently in the MTV Movie Awards.

In April, after filing the papers, Bullock was busy raising her son. Speaking about her relation with James, then she said, “It is a bitter-sweet relation, a new understanding and a relation that changed my life.”

Bullock is adopting Louis as a single parent now but she is hoping that James can act like a great dad as he is to his own three kids. She added, “I can’t speculate how our ways can intersect in the future.”

We hope that James becomes a great father to Louis even if the couple splits up!
