Samir Aftab risks life for work

Samir Aftab, who was last seen in Shadow, is all busy wrapping up shoots for Krantiveer- The Revolution. But Bangkok shooting didn’t go too well with Samir it seems.
Samir and Jahan Bloch, his co-star, were busy shooting for a romantic song sequence in the movie. The shot required them to stand on rocks in middle of the sea. And the whole unit was so engrossed in shooting that they did not realize the strip of seashore submerging under high tide Samir, Jahan, cameraman and a few other assistants were stuck in neck deep water till they were rescued.
Now that’s what we call dedication to work
Krantiveer– the Revolution, directed by Mehul Kumar, is a sequel to Krantiveer (1994). The film has been inspired by real life events and deals with corruption, terrorism and violence in the modern world. It is about the youth providing the impetus for a revolution in our country.
But we say that Samir has already proved himself by showing such commitment to his life, but next time you better take a bathing suit, Samir
