Jan 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Daughters are known to be the angels of the family, and who wouldn’t be happy to welcome one into the family. For the “Entertainment Tonight” correspondent and former ‘Dancing With the Stars’ co-host, Samantha Harris, this is the second time she is welcoming yet another angel in the family. Samantha Harris and her husband dearest Michael Hess have become proud parents once again, welcoming their second daughter on Wednesday, Jan 19. Both Samantha Harris and Michael Hess are delighted with the news.

Samantha Harris kept tweeting on a social networking site that she was in high anticipation of her delivery. She was overdue, and she said that she and her husband are very excited to meet their second baby, and find out whether it is a boy or a girl. Fortunately the duo did not have to wait too long as the baby arrived just Wednesday night. The baby girl, Hillary Madison Hess was born at 11:04p.m. She weighed in 7 lbs., 11 oz. and is 20.5 inches long. She joins her elder sister Josselyn Sydney Hess, 3, who was born in the year 2007. Samantha Harris, 37, said that it was a huge surprise for her and her husband to welcome yet another daughter in their family. She also said that her elder daughter has got a sister now.

The new year is indeed bringing loads of joy to celebrity couples. Some are getting engaged, Some married while others are becoming proud parents. As far as sources are concerned, there has been no adverse reports about the newborn or the mother. Both are doing absolutely fine. Michael Hess, in an interview given to the media, said that the birth of their second daughter did not hurt him even a bit. On the contrary, he seemed to be very happy with his princess, his bundle of joy.
