Salman Khan Walked The Ramp For ‘Being Human’ NGO Along With 80 Bollywood Ladies

October 12, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Bollywood actor Salman Khan not only has a box office hit to his name, he is also the king on the ramp of the HDIL India Couture Week 2010. Walking for the ‘Being Human’ NGO, Salman Khan not only managed to grab the spotlight himself, he also managed to get eight pretty faces from Bollywood, ex girlfriend Katrina Kaif included, to promote the cause for ‘Being Human’.
Salman Khan’s super hot girls donned clothes and accessories from the 1920s to the current times and walked the ramp in the accompaniment of appropriate music and special choreography. Strutting on the HDIL catwalk were good friend Karisma Kapoor and sister Kareena Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Preity Zinta, Priyanka Chopra, Sushmita Sen, Bipasha Basu and even Katrina Kaif, all the ladies representing fashion of a particular era. Salman Khan has indeed beaten fellow actors not only at the box office this year but also on the ramp.
The show was put into place by stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania. The last to enter the HDIL stage was Salman Khan himself looking the perfect dude that he is in Arjun Khanna’s creation. So it was as much the celebration of Bollywood as it was about ‘Being Human’ on the fourth day of the HDIL India Couture Week 2010. The last lap of the walk featured all the eight girls, sporting ‘Being Human’ t-shirts, by the side of the Bollywood hottie.
The fourth day also featured another fashion show by designer Rina Dhaka, with Anushka Sharma as showstopper, where the crowd was minimal compared to the one that the ‘Being Human’ show was able to attract.
