Sally Field to Join Martin Sheen in the New ‘Spiderman’?
November 5th, 2010 - 10:33 pm ICT by Angela Kaye MasonNov 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to reports from MTV, Sally Field is all set to plat the nurturing, loving “Aunt May” on the new Spiderman Reboot, alongside Martin Sheen as her husband, “Uncle Ben”.
The rumor came just hours after the announcement that Martin was indeed in final negotiations for the part of the beloved Uncle who raised Peter Parker …also known as Spiderman, as his own and is murdered in a burglary. Marc Webb is the director of the new movie, which Sally Field is said to be considering a part in as well. Casting is not finalized at this point, and so anything is possible.
Other stars who are said to be a part of the cast are Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spiderman, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Rhys Ifans and an unidentified villain, and of course, Sheen.
