Sales of Ledger’s films hit a record high

Washington, Jan 28 (ANI): The sales of Heath Ledgers films have hit a record high after his untimely death on Jan 22.

According to Associated Press, three of the actor’s films 10 Things I Hate About You, A Knight’s Tale, and Brokeback Mountain have become Amazon.com’s top 25 best-selling DVDs since his death, reports Usmagazine .com

Even the trailers of his soon to be released batman movie The Dark Knight has been viewed over seven million times on YouTube.

Meanwhile, Ledgers family held a private memorial for the actor in Los Angeles, which was also attended by his former girlfriend Naomi Watts.

Ledgers father kim Ledger also paid an emotional tribute to his late son in a letter read out at the G’Day USA Australia Day Ball in New York, remembering him as a simple boy with his skateboard, a canvas bag and his beanie on the shoulder. (ANI)
