Sacha Baron Cohen Weds Longtime Girlfriend Isla Fisher

Paris, France, March 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The popular actor, writer and comedian Sacha Baron Cohen has reportedly got married to his long time girlfriend Isla Fisher. The couple has a two year old daughter from their relationship who bears the surname of her father. According to reports, the marriage ceremony was held according to Jewish customs on March 15. The couple had kept it a private affair and sources claim that the couple’s family members and some selected friends were present at the ceremony. Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen wanted to keep the marriage away from the media glare and enjoy it as a private affair. The marriage ceremony was held at Paris.
According to reports, actress Isla Fisher has sent her friends an e-mail declaring her marriage with actor Sacha Baron Cohen and revealed that she had enjoyed every moment of her marriage ceremony. Previously during an interview, Isla Fisher has reportedly mentioned that she would not mind to convert to any religion or do anything to tie the knot with her long time boyfriend, actor Sacha Baron Cohen. Isla Fisher had embraced Judaism back in the year 2007 with Sacha Baron Cohen’s parents accepting the couple’s relationship after the conversion and the marriage ceremony was held in front of them in Paris.
On February this year, rumors spread that the couple had got married. However, the representative of the couple at that time had called it a rumor and said that the couple was only enjoying a Jewish holiday together. The couple, according to reports, will go for a honeymoon sometime later this year and plan to take their daughter along with them.
