Sacha Baron Cohen wedding with Isla Fisher was a private affair with just 6 guests

Paris, Mar 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Sacha Baron Cohen had a very private wedding with the Australian actress Isla Fisher. The sunset wedding took place in Paris on the 15th of March, and just 6 guests were invited to the traditional Jewish wedding. The six guests also got the wedding invitation barely some time before the wedding, in an apparent bid by the newly weds to keep the whole wedding under wraps. The Australian actress Isla Fisher has been engaged to Sacha Cohen since 2004. They also have a two years old daughter named Olive.
The private wedding was a long cherished dream for Isla Fisher, as she had said almost a year ago that, “It’s very important to me to have a beautiful ritual celebrated with my family and friends. And when you are in the public eye, to keep that private and to make it happen without it being really visible is really difficult.”
Sacha and Isla had met at a party in Australia in 2002. They dated for a couple of years, and then the comedian Sacha proposed to her over milk and cookies at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles. Isla Fisher wanted to marry Sacha, so she also changed her religion to Judaism in 2007, and after that she adopted the Hebrew name of Ayala.
