In the mid of month, SAB TV will launch its two brand new shows ‘Ring Wrong Riing’ and ‘Gili Gili Gappa’. These two light hearted shows are mainly targeted to the kids but expected to be liked by all age group also. In this age of ‘saas-bahu’ drama, these two shows will give enough relief from those gossips.
Speaking about this latest venture, Anooj Kapoor, executive vice president of SAB TV, stated that they are always in the process of offering something new and fresh to their viewers. They have never tried hands in the Magic-comedy genre so they expect it will give some fresh rumor to the viewers.
SAB has tried in the genres of romantic-comedy, silent, gangster, family, horror and courtroom comedy. The viewers have also supported the channel in their every venture by appreciating the efforts. They hope to get the same response from this potential magic-comedy too.
‘Ring Wrong Riing’ will bring back the popular veteran comedian Rakesh Bedi, who was earlier seen in many television shows and Bollywood films. Actress Muskaan Mehani plays the dutiful wife Mansi Chouhan, who wants to keep her family happy at any cost. Bedi plays his father-in-law Dinanath Chouhan, who is a magician. He gives her a magical ring to help her.
Asif Sheikh of ‘Yess Boss’ fame will be back on the small screen with this show in which he essays the role of Vijay Chouhan, Mansi’s husband. Mansi’s magic often goes wrong and leads to some funny situations.
On the other hand, ‘Gili Gili Gappa’ will revolve around three kids of a policeman (Varun Badola). The story will deal with these children, their Dad and their Nani. Shweta Gulati and Shoma Anand will be seen in the lead roles.
So, don’t miss these fun-filled magical shows on SAB TV from December 13.
