Ryan smoking to look older
March 20th, 2011 - 2:30 pm ICT by IANSLondon, March 20 (IANS) Actor Ryan Phillippe is smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol as he wants to look older.
The “Cruel Intentions” star, 36, who was previously married to actress Reese Witherspoon, has managed to avoid ageing, but is amused to see the actors he worked with in the early days of his movie career look older than him, dailystar.co.uk reports.
“It’s weird. I feel like a vampire. I’ll see people I worked with then who look like they could be my parents now. I don’t understand,” he told Metro newspaper.
“I do take care of myself but I drink a fair bit and I still smoke cigarettes, which I shouldn’t. I have tried to age myself. It’s just not working.”
