Berlin, Nov 7 (THAINDIAN NEWS) This is one of the rare moments when stealing pays. Singer Ryan Leslie cannot live without his stolen laptop and has offered a whopping $1 million for its return. The offer is too good to be rejected because even the most advanced laptop does not sell for that much.

He lost the laptop in Germany on Oct. 23 during a tour in the German town of Cologne. The MacBook was stolen from a black Mercedes. The star initially tried to induce the thief to return the laptop for $20,000 but after it turned out that it will not be successful, he raised the offer to $1 million.

The new bounty for his laptop was announced on his Twitter page. The “Diamond Girl” star also made a YouTube video and appealed to anyone who might know the whereabouts of the laptop to come forward and get rewarded.

The bag that contained the laptop also contained his passport and $10,000 cash. The bag was left at the at the backseat of the driver’s seat in a secured Mercedes S350. He claimed that he and his driver left the car very briefly but that was enough for the thief to make away with the bag.
