Russell Crowe learns Nottingham accent for Robin Hood role

London, Feb 3 (ANI): Russell Crowe has become quite adept in speaking in an authentic Nottingham accent for the title role in his upcoming flick Robin Hood.
Even his Aussie co-star Cate Blanchett, who plays Maid Marian, has taken lessons in the east midlands twang, reports the Daily Star.
The initiative was taken after producers felt the audiences were sick of hearing previous screen Robins, like Kevin Costner, speak with an American accent. (ANI)
