London, June 12 (IANS) Oscar-winning actor Russell Crowe is demanding he be flown by helicopter every morning to the sets of his upcoming film “Robin Hood”.
The “Gladiator” star has said he does not want to stay near the set at Freshwater West in Wales when filming begins next week and is insisting on daily helicopter flights to and fro from the Windsor mansion where he is living, reports mirror.co.uk.
Director Ridley Scott is said not to be keen on the idea, but Crowe’s publicist Alan Nierob has denied any friction.
“It’s a good scene down there. Everything is on schedule,” said Nierob.
