Russell Brand bags role in ‘The Simpsons’
June 21st, 2010 - 4:12 pm ICT by IANSLondon, June 21 (IANS) British comedian Russell Brand has bagged a role in animation series “The Simpsons” and is quite excited to be a part of the show.
“It’s true I’m going to be in ‘The Simpsons’. I was having an amazing birthday party and found out I was going into space. Then my agent says, ‘Oh, ‘The Simpsons’ want you in an episode,” thesun.co.uk quoted him as saying.
“Once you’ve gone yellow, you’ve made it. My ideal show would be where I have a cartoon relapse with Barney and Homer and get smashed out of my mind with them,” he added.
Brand is busy promoting his movie “Get Him To The Greek” in London.
