Russell Brand And Katy Perry’s “Very Normal” Wedding To Take Place This Weekend

October 20, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The wedding celebrations of the otherwise extraordinary couple will be “very normal” says the groom himself. While the world can’t stop talking about the Russell Brand – Katy Perry wedding which is to take place over this weekend in India, both bride and groom refuse to divulge specific details about the ceremony. The British comedian was heard saying that he is very much in love with Katy Perry and all he wants is a simple ceremony to celebrate with close friends and family members just like any other couple would do.
Media reports however claim otherwise. While the groom says that he wants a normal wedding, it has been heard that the expense incurred on the ceremony is nothing short of extraordinary. Not only are the couple splurging on the Indian style ceremony, the guests who are supposed to fly in from the US are expected to do so on a private jet arranged for them by the couple. If reports are to be believed, the guests are to stay in “pimped out” tents in Jaipur, the place where Russell Brand and Katy Perry got engaged in last year winter during a work-related visit.
The Russell Brand – Katy Perry wedding has been the talk of town ever since the invitations were handed out during the summers so that every guest may have the time to make necessary preparations and take necessary precautions for the six day marriage ceremony in India. The wedding is scheduled to take place on the 23rd of October.
