New York, Mar 4 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Rush Limbaugh has is all set to sell his luxurious penthouse in the New York. He had threatened to sell his penthouse when he had learnt that Governor Paterson was thinking of imposing a tax on New York residents who make over $500,000. And now he has put his luxurious and magnificent 1049, 5th Avenue penthouse for sale, with a price tag of $13.95 million.

The penthouse of the conservative radio host has 4 terraces, 10 rooms, ‘oversized bath-tubs’ and it is beautifully decorated with hand painted murals through out the house. The area of the penthouse is nearly 5,000 square feet and perhaps the USP of the penthouse is that, 2 of the terraces have a view of the Central Park and the popular reservoir. This penthouse has a double living room, a library that is paneled with wood, and sets the mood for some serious reading. There is even a room for the staff, so that the privacy of the penthouse’s residents is maintained.

Rush Limbaugh had bought this magnificent property in 1994, under the name of R H Trust. And now the brokers – Corcoran Group, are listing the property. The brokers have refused to confirm the news that Rush Limbaugh’s penthouse is on the market, and looking for buyers.
