Rumors Regarding Matt Damon’s Death Dismissed

matt-damonIt seems that the “celebrity death rumors” is certainly not going to fade away from the Internet, with pranksters and hackers are repeatedly causing chaos among the netizens via spreading death rumors of well known celebrities and stars.

The latest victim of such irreconcilable “celebrity death rumors” is none other than the Hollywood star, Matt Damon.

According to the sources, on Wednesday several websites reported that the star was found dead after heading out for a camping trip in California and that the body was found near the Palo Varde Mountain area. The concerned websites cited the well known celebrity gossip web portal TMZ as the prime source for information of Damon’s death. The inside sources reveal that TMZ.com had reported Damon’s possible death in their website as they said, “Damon sent a text message to a friend that he was out of water and needed help. There a massive search that ended abruptly.”

The “Bourne Identity” star is actually well alive and is attending the Venice Film Festival this week. The star even had a brief conversation with the media, speaking out on his upcoming film. “It was very very to easy to gain the weight,” Damon told the reporters regarding his upcoming film “Informant”. “It was very, very fun, probably the funnest time I had working because I didn’t have to go to the gym after work and I just ate everything I could see,” added Damon.

Damon’s death rumor serves as a chain of celebrity death rumors that has been doing rounds for sometime, which included “Harry Potter” actress Emma Watson and “Beverly Hills Cop” star Eddie Murphy.
