Rowland wants to speak to estranged dad
August 17th, 2011 - 6:34 am ICT by IANSLondon, Aug 17 (IANS) Singer Kelly Rowland says she has a desire to speak to her estranged father but insists she’s in no hurry.
The former Destiny’s Child star has not seen her dad Christopher since her parents split up 20 years ago but she would like to be reunited with him at some point in the future. The 30-year-old singer - who was raised single-handled by her mother, Doris, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“I do have a desire to speak to him. But I have to be ready when I make that decision, and I don’t want to hurry myself. I’ve been without him for more than 20 years,” she said.
