Ronson acquired fake accent to dodge bullies

London, June 22 (IANS) British music producer Mark Ronson says he used to change his accent to escape bullies during his school days.
“I moved to New York (from London) when I was a kid and I remember having to change my accent to stop me from getting beaten up by other kids, so I’ve always had a lot of sympathy with Woody Allen’s character in (Zelig),” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Ronson, 34, as saying.

“It’s sort of a mockumentary, Woody Allen plays the lead and he changes his appearance depending on what group of people he’s with,” he said.
