- London, Nov 4 (ANI): Rolling Stones member Ronnie Wood was honoured at the Classic Rock Awards for his outstanding contribution.
Wood, 62, who has also played with The Faces, was rewarded for his “ageless presence on the scene”, and he revealed that it was his first ever accolade.
“It means a lot,” the BBC quoted him as saying.
“It’s about time - I’ve never had one just for myself,” he added.
‘The Who’s’ Pete Townshend presented him with the award. (ANI)
