July 24, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Rock n Roll legends, The Rolling Stones, comprising of vocalist Sir Mick Jagger and guitarist Keith Richards, both 66, drummer Charlie Watts, 69, and guitarist Ronnie Wood, 63 supposedly plan to perform a succession of concerts at several venues in and around the world.
The band wishes to do this next year. The band also plans to call it a day and hang up their instruments. They might just be performing in the stadiums, although nothing’s been confirmed yet. A source reveals that it just might be the last full-scale global tour of the band.
The band plans to bow out when they feel that the time is right.
The Stones fans might be a little disappointed, but after decades of touring and countless albums later, the band seems to be a little weary about their present state.
The Rolling Stones are the living legends of the Rock n Roll kingdom and will remain so eternally.
