Rodney Allen Rippy Recovering After Crash

rodney-allen-rippy-cover1Sep 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) In a recent development Rodney Allen Rippy - former child star has sustained injuries in a bike crash and he is now recuperating. The bike crash took place on Monday and the actor does not face life risk as the latest updates suggest. The actor who is now in his early 40s did not go to hospital immediately after the crash. It was only on Thursday when he developed some breathing hardships that he sought medical help. He encountered the crash while he was on the bike. After the collision he w thrown off air and fell some distance away. Late medical tests revealed that he had broken his ribs and also got his lungs punctured which resulted in the breathing problem.

The child actor shot to fame way back in the 1970s when he appeared in the well known Jack-in-the-Box ad. It was the time when fast food was being made popular on TV and he almost became synonymous with the brand. He also did a role in the flick ‘Blazing Saddles’. The film was directed by Mel Brooks and had a number of talented actors of Hollywood.

Dirt bikes have often spelt trouble for the riders and in the case of the former child actor it proved to be the same. The actor is now admitted in a hospital in North Carolina. The doctors treating the star has said that he is apparently not in danger anymore and will get back to shape in near future. The fans of the former star are relieved that he is not in critical condition anymore.
