Rod Stewart has been sued for $3.3 million

Los Angeles, Nov 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A law firm Los Angeles-based Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, has slapped a whooping $3.3 million lawsuit against the British singer Rod Stewart.

The law firm Los Angeles-based Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro has represented the great singer for more than 2 decades and on 19 different matters and they want payment for its work on his three cases.

Los Angeles-based Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro claims the British artist failed to pay them for their legal services on three separate cases.

The firm defended him from a suit filed against him in December 2000 for pulling out of a New Year’s Eve gig in Las Vegas. He claimed he was still recovering from throat cancer recovery. He was ordered to pay $2 million.

They also defended the rocker in a lengthy battle over canceled South American concerts and for a trademark infringement suit.

The law firm is already quiet a star clientele and has had such high-profile clients as the architect Frank Gehry and TV’s Bob Barker.
